Four 12 Oz bags of Hand Blended coffee: "Nico-Africano", "It's Morning!", and "Espresso", "Los Dos".
The "Nico Africano" begins with Ethiopian coffee from the world famous region of Yirgacheffe, where coffee is grown at 7000 to 10,000 feet! It is a unique spicy, lemony, chocolaty, peppery coffee that has a sweet aroma. We have blended it with our "Nicaraguan Altisomo Dark", which has bold, buttery, honey tones with a natural sweetness. Finally we add a touch of Nicaraguan Altisimo, a lighter roasted coffee.
We are also introducing an exciting blend which we call “Los Dos”. It is a mixture of our Nicaraguan Altisomo and Nicaraguan Negro Fino. This coffee has the brightness and punch of a light roast, with the boldness and body of a dark. This is a perfect coffee for morning, noon, and afternoon.
Our "Espresso" has our three Nicaraguan coffees, blended in a special proportion to bring out boldness (but not burnt!), depth, natural sweetness, and solid character that you expect from a shot of espresso. This coffee is great for drip machines as well as French Presses.
Finally, we combine an earthy Sumatran with a bright citrus Honduran and a deep dark Nicaraguan to produce the perfect wake up coffee!
